Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order in our Bristol workshop and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

UK delivery: free on every order, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

International delivery: £11 per order, sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by country, usually 3–10 working days. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If anything goes wrong in transit, just get in touch and we'll put it right.
