Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from collingwoodfinemetal.com, run by Collingwood Fine Metal, 45a Henleaze Road, Bristol, BS9 4JU, United Kingdom.

Orders: When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and take payment. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a personalisation request can't be engraved, in which case we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment: Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Handmade items: Every piece is made and finished by hand, so small variations in colour, texture and surface markings are normal and part of each item's character. Photos are representative.

Personalisation: You're responsible for checking that your engraving text is spelled and laid out exactly as you want it. We'll engrave what you provide. Where we send a proof, we'll wait for your approval before engraving.

Delivery, returns and refunds: See our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability: We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that aren't foreseeable, or for business losses.

Law: These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
